Standard Fee Structure

Global Village is a specialist search consultancy and there fore we treat our business the
same way as any professional services business, meaning that out time is the cost we charge
so there fore we will look at each assignment as an individual case and price it accordingly.

The simple 'rule of thumb' is as follows:

Where Global Village is provided a four week window of exlcusivity and the annual salary level is below
$150,000 then we normally charge 15% unless the role can only be sourced offshore.

Executive Search Assignment, or assignments to recruit roles paying Annual Salary Packages of $180,000.00+ 18% of annual remuneration

The fees quoted are exclusive of GST, which will be added to the fees upon calculation.

All placements made have a six month guarantee period.
